Light rums are produced from sugarcane juice and molasses useing oak casks and stainless steel tanks.
Light Rum generally comes in three varieties based on the sweetness and
lack of color caused by filtering. These rums include Light Rum, Silver
Rum, & White Rum.
You'll find the majority of Light Rums come from Puerto Rico and the surrounding countries, and go great with mixed drinks!
